Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items: 1–2 weeks

  • Pre-Order (PO) & Made-to-Order (MTO) items: 3–4 week production window; shipped no later than 5 weeks after purchase. Depending on workload, orders may be shipped earlier.

  • Digital products: Instant download

Orders that include both in-stock items and PO/MTO items will ship once all products are ready. Please allow the full 3–5 week timeline for combined orders.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via PostNord, DHL, UPS, or GLS depending on destination and service availability.

Delivery Times

Domestic (Denmark)

  • 2–5 business days after dispatch

European Union

  • 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times vary by country and season

International (Outside EU)

  • Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland): 5–10 business days

  • North America (Canada, United States): 2–3 weeks

  • Rest of the world: up to 4 weeks

Please note: International deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections or seasonal carrier backlogs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees applied in the destination country. Slip’N’Stitch is not liable for additional costs or delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will assist with filing claims and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
